2. Purpose and scope

This website presents Homira Communities: a CRM and directory of repair and maintenance companies connecting communities, property managers, clients and independent professionals.

This information website links to the restricted-access CRM. Screenshots show real, empty role previews without client data. CRM operations require an authorised account and the relevant permissions. Visiting this website does not activate a trial or enter into a service agreement.

3. Access and use

Browsing this website is free. Users must use it lawfully, without impersonation, unlawful content, unauthorised access or actions that damage or interfere with its systems. Proportionate protective measures may be taken against misuse, respecting applicable rights.

4. Homira’s role and responsibilities

Homira facilitates contact and the organisation of information. It does not carry out the work, become a party to the service contract between client and professional, receive deposits for those jobs or manage their collections or payments. It does not guarantee payment either.

The professional is responsible for performing the work and the client for the obligations they have agreed with the professional. Registration and alerts are free for professionals, with no commissions on agreed jobs. Any CRM fee for communities is separate from the price of the work.

This description does not exclude any obligations or liabilities legally applicable to Homira for its own actions. Technical issues can be reported to the contact email address.

Directory inclusion, review of an application or approval of access by Homira do not certify a company’s solvency, qualifications, registration status, insurance validity or suitability for a particular job. They do not constitute a recommendation or a guarantee of work quality or payment.

Before contracting, the client must request and check the documentation applicable to the job. The professional remains responsible for keeping it valid and complying with applicable requirements. See requirements and responsibilities.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The elements of this website, including its brand, text, design and images, belong to their respective owners or are used with the appropriate authorisation. Access does not grant exploitation rights. Third-party rights and statutory exceptions must be respected.

External links provide access to other pages, which are subject to their own terms. Including a link does not mean assuming responsibility for providing the linked service, nor does it exclude any liability required by law.

7. Privacy and browser storage

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy. This version has no registration forms or advertising or analytics tools added by Homira. The hosting provider’s access functions may use technical session mechanisms.
