1. Controller and contact

The controller for the Homira processing activities described in this policy is Multiservihogar Soluciones S.L., Spanish tax identification number B06850978, with registered address at Calle Las Golondrinas, 11379, Los Barrios, Cádiz. For privacy enquiries and to exercise your rights: administracion@multiservihogar.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to the current Homira Communities information website. Registrations, repair alerts, tax documents, quotes and invoices are not yet collected through CRM forms.

Before enabling the CRM, specific information will be provided for each processing activity: purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention and permissions. Simply visiting does not authorise commercial use of data or constitute consent to future processing.

3. Data, purposes and legal bases

If you write to the contact email address, your email address, any identifying details you include and the content needed to reply will be processed. The basis will be taking steps requested before entering into a contract, where applicable, or the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and communications. Requests to exercise rights will be processed to comply with the relevant legal obligations.

Browsing involves the exchange of technical information needed to serve the pages, such as IP address, browser data and server requests. Its purpose is to deliver and protect the website. Do not send sensitive information or third-party data that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

4. Providers and external resources

The website is hosted through Sites on a chatgpt.site domain. Access may be subject to the hosting provider’s authentication and services. These services may process technical information under their own documentation and the applicable contractual relationship. You can consult the OpenAI privacy policy.

The design loads fonts from Google Fonts. When requesting them, the browser connects to Google and communicates technical information, including the IP address. You can consult the Google Fonts privacy information. This version does not include Google Analytics.

Data may be shared with providers needed to handle enquiries, host and protect the website, and with authorities where legally required. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing campaigns. Using international providers requires assessing applicable transfers and safeguards before expanding CRM processing activities.

5. Retention

Enquiries will be retained for as long as necessary to handle them and, where applicable, to comply with legal obligations or address liabilities. They will then be deleted or blocked as required. Technical hosting information also depends on the provider’s configuration and terms; further information may be requested from the controller.

6. Planned CRM privacy

The proposed design will keep professionals’ phone numbers, email addresses and personal contact details private from property managers, individuals and other users. Professionals will receive alerts and decide whether to initiate contact. Access to records will be limited by role and community.

Documents professionals choose to add to a record, such as quotes and invoices, may contain the issuer’s necessary identification and tax details; they will be accessible to authorised recipients of that record. Directory privacy does not mean hiding details required in those documents.

Registration, verification, photo and document storage features are not active. Before launch, processing activities and the responsibilities of the owner, property managers and communities will be defined, with the appropriate information and agreements.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, where applicable, by writing to administracion@multiservihogar.com. State your request and the information needed to identify it. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The current website does not carry out profiling or automated decisions on registration requests.

8. Cookies, external channels and updates

Homira has not added advertising or audience measurement cookies to this version. Hosting or authentication services may use their own technical mechanisms. Pop-up notices do not require cookies to appear.

There is no integrated WhatsApp channel on this website. If forms, analytics, messaging or new features are added, this information will be updated before processing begins and consent will be requested where appropriate.

Homira charges no commissions for connecting the parties or for agreed work. It acts solely as a contact and communication intermediary between clients and independent professionals. It does not carry out the work or become a party to the service contract. Professionals issue their own quotes and invoices and will be able to upload them from their accounts to each job record. Contracts, collections, payments and claims are handled directly between the client and the professional. Homira does not receive or hold money for jobs, process payments, manage unpaid debts or guarantee collection. The professional is responsible for performing the service and the client for payment, as agreed between them. This description does not exclude Homira’s own legal obligations as a platform.
